What is our refund policy?

Here at Basic B!tch Clothing we follow the government legislation on returning items. We offer a 14 day refund policy upon goods being delivered. A refund will only be considered if the item purchased with us is returned in the same condition it was sent, if the fault has been caused by ourselves it will be rectified by either an offering of a replacement or refund.
